Thursday Evening, July 2: 7 pm. Talent: What Does It Mean? Why It's Important? Should We Really Care? Talent is usually defined and evaluated by the outer world "experts." And although some people have more innate talent than others, many who are "successful" in the other world don't seem particularly endowed in the talent department. What does this mean for us? And how should we evaluate our own "talent"? How much emphasis should we put on talent? And, perhaps most importantly, can we develop our talent or is talent the gift of the gods?
