Registration for the Women's Retreat: Fees & The Guest House Retreat Center

I am delighted to have discovered The Guest House Retreat Center for this year’s retreat. Named after Rumi’s poem, The Guest House, the retreat center is a beautifully renovated country inn adjacent to the 16,000 acre state forest, which has many miles of hiking trails. Cedar Lake, a 70-acre lake with a public beach, is less than half a mile away. The Guest House, in the charming New England village of Chester, is 10 miles from Long Island Sound.

The spacious rooms have an old New England charm and all have private baths. Guest House menus are creative and healthful. Fresh local and regional organic products are used whenever possible. Conveniently located midway between Boston and New York, the Guest House is easily reachable via major highways, train and Hartford’s Bradley Airport. (Directions.)
