The Accommodations And Food We'll Enjoy On The Retreat

Retreat Dates: October 15-22, 2022
All rooms have views of the ocean, and prices include gourmet meals created by our fabulous personal chef, Cas Dowden. The fee for the retreat includes all meals except for one dinner out.

Every room has central air conditioning and lovely, clean air continuously filtered by our whole-house air filtration system. The houses have 4 complete changes of air every day.
Please note, there is only one double. The rest are singles. A $750 deposit holds your place. One-half of the remainder is due on July 1 and the second half is due on September 1, 2022. Fees are not refundable unless Emily cancels the retreat. For this reason, I suggest trip insurance.

All meals except one dinner when we eat out in Bar Harbor (not included in fee) are prepared by our Cas. I send out a menu before the retreat to whet your palate! You then choose your evening entrees from such delicious entrees such as lobster, steak, fish, chicken, inventive vegetarian dishes, pasta, and more! This is not your usual Retreat food! And remember, Cas is great at accommodating special dietary needs, such as gluten-free, vegetarian, low-salt, shellfish allergy, etc.
